JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of service and quality.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in staff management, training, and recruitment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and assist in cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any related course.
• With experience as a fast-food chain manager, with at least 1- 3 years is REQUIRED.
• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
• With experience or knowledge in doing profit and loss reports, sales reports, inventory, and ordering.
• Preferably residing near the store location
• Willing to undergo training.
• Can start ASAP
• With complete government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health)
