Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of the branch. The role ensures excellent customer service, efficient staff management, operational compliance, and achievement of sales and business targets while maintaining company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Supervise, train, and evaluate branch employees
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
• Manage scheduling, manpower allocation, and staff productivity
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Prepare operational, sales, and performance reports for management
• Coordinate with different departments regarding branch needs and concerns
• Implement local marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth
• Maintain branch cleanliness, organization, and professional standards
• Handle administrative and operational documentation as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or branch operations management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of sales, operations, inventory, and customer service management
