Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Hijos Y Hija Ventures Inc'. This is a full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers and kitchen staff
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve restaurant operations, increase profitability, and enhance the customer experience
3. Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budget planning to optimize financial performance
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
5. Foster a positive work culture and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
7. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain a high-quality product offering
8. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry
2. Proven track record of driving financial performance and improving operational efficiency
3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
4. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
5. Proficient in budget planning, inventory management, and cost control
6. Thorough understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food service industry
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
