Description
- Oversee daily operations of the bar including staff management and customer service
- Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient operation
- Develop and implement creative drink menus to attract customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in a bar environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and customer-focused attitude
