Job Description:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Supervise and train staff to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any related course.
• With experience as a fast-food chain manager, with at least 1 - 3 years is REQUIRED.
• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
• With experience or knowledge in doing profit and loss reports, sales reports, inventory, and ordering.
• Preferably residing near the store location
• With complete government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health)
• Willing to undergo training.
• Can start ASAP
