- The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience for guests. This professional is responsible for managing staff, optimizing restaurant performance, and maintaining adherence to health and safety standards. The Restaurant Manager operates in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer satisfaction with effective business management to drive profitability and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or any related field.
- POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
- Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
