Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Classic Savory in San Fernando La Union. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, hiring and managing staff, and maintaining effective communication within the team. The role also involves overseeing food and beverage operations for a seamless dining experience.

  • Hiring and Staff Management experience
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
