Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests to Acre Resort and Spa.
Oversee social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.
Manage the creation of impactful advertising content for various channels.
Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the management team to enhance guest experiences.
Coordinate with other departments to promote offerings and events.
Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales and marketing roles with a successful track record.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent leadership and communication skills, expertise in developing marketing strategies and campaigns, proficiency with digital marketing tools, and strong analytical abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee the marketing team and strategy, manage campaigns, analyze marketing data, coordinate with sales team, and report on performance metrics.
