Description :
Reservation Specialist provide booking and reservation services to customers. These services may include booking airline tickets & Cancellations. They work with customers over the phone, in person, or via email and strive to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements :
- Must be at least an SHS graduate or completed 2 years in college
- Must have at least 18 months of BPO experience specific account (Telco, Travel or TSR)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Must be amenable to shifting schedules
