Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate activities related to guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and resort policies.
- Lead and train staff to deliver exceptional guest service experiences.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in resort management or a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
