Job Description
- Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist customers with booking accommodations and services.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain reservation records.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on availability and policies to inform clients.
- Job Title: Reservation Staff (For pooling)
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in reservations or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in reservation systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle reservations, manage customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with standard working hours, may require weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
