A Server/ Reservation staff is responsible for day-to-day dining operations and guest experience. They must be able to perform their assigned tasks in their section to provide best guest experience through serving quality beverages and smooth flow of operations in the bar.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service and guest experience of the highest quality, interact with guest to obtain feedback and be able to handle guest issues and complaints with utmost care, finesse and professionalism and perform service recovery.
• Monitor all tools and equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition; reports tools and equipment that needs maintenance or repair.
• Establish cleanliness, orderliness and safety in the bar in compliance to all food safety and sanitation regulatory standards.
• Assist and maintain mise en place of the bar including but not limited to FIFO of raw materials, setting up the bar section, upkeep of glass wares and other tools, service or drinks.
• Adheres to all company policies and government related policies. • Perform tasks and projects relevant to his tasks and as instructed by immediate superiors.
• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage courses or NC II Certification in other relevant courses
• Previous experience in a similar capacity is an advantage but not required
• Food Safety related trainings such as HACCP, Food Safety and Sanitation trainings is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in operating a POS system

• Ability to read the guests and be attentive to their needs is a plus
