- Manage incoming reservations and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and cancellations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Assist in managing online reservation systems.
- Prepare reports on reservation trends and occupancy rates.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with a standard work schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
