- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a reservations role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in reservation systems, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage bookings, assist customers, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential weekend and holiday shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
