Job Summary:

The R&D Specialist – RTD develops, tests, and improves ready-to-drink beverages, ensuring product quality, taste, safety, and innovation to meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• RTD Product Development: Formulate, optimize, and innovate ready-to-drink beverages, including juices, teas, and flavored drinks.
• Testing & Analysis: Conduct sensory evaluation, shelf-life studies, and lab tests to ensure taste, stability, and safety.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with Production to improve processing, filling, and packaging for efficiency and consistency.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all RTD products comply with Philippine food safety laws, labeling standards, and internal QA protocols.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of formulations, trials, test results, and reports for management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Production, and QA to launch and improve RTD products successfully.
• Innovation & Trends: Research market trends and competitor products to suggest new RTD product ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in beverage or RTD product development.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, lab procedures, and beverage formulation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Reporting:
