We are looking for a motivated and curious Research and Development (R&D) INTERN to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and turning ideas into practical solutions. You will work closely with our R&D team to support ongoing projects, conduct research, and help develop new products or processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting research, data collection, and analysis
• Support the design, testing, and improvement of products or systems
• Document findings, prepare reports, and present insights to the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Perform experiments and validate results under supervision

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing in [e.g., Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field]
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant tools (e.g., Excel, data analysis software)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrates willingness to extend service beyond the required school-rendered hours
