Duties and Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and test new products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Manage research and development projects from concept through implementation.
• Evaluate and improve existing products and manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Conduct product, material, and prototype testing to validate performance and compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze test results and recommend technical improvements based on data and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to resolve technical and product quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for product and process concerns.
• Provide technical support to Quality Control and Manufacturing teams.
• Conduct prototype evaluations, customer sample testing, and special product trials requested by management and clients.
• Prepare technical reports and present project updates and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC).
• Four years of experience in industrial facilities, including preventive maintenance, facility design, maintenance, and process improvement.
