The R&D Officer is responsible for implementing the overall activities of research and development projects by setting objectives and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Product Development

Product Improvement and Maintenance

Manage Cost Efficiency Projects

Upkeep & Maintenance of Data & Assets

Provide Support Services, People Management

A degree holder in Food Technology, Nutrition & Dietetics, Chemical Engineering, and BS Chemistry

At least 3 years of work experience as an R&D Specialist or at the same level, in the food industry (food manufacturing and food service)

Have experience in baking (pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, etc.)

Knowledge of food science and technology principles

Sensory evaluation techniques

Creative ability to concretize product concepts and translate them effectively in physical form.

Computer proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Baking skills

Technical Writing

Coaching, Mentoring Skills

Willing to work from home base at Carmona, Cavite.
