Description

  • Oversee the laboratory activities and processes
  • Collaborate with different teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical and QA
  • Provide technical expertise in food quality and safety
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Lead the team in the development and enhancement of products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition or other related program
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in research and development particularly with food ingredients
  • Extensive background in end-to-end product development process
  • Expertise in food quality and safety
  • Solid experience in leading a team and overseeing the research laboratory
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
