Job Description

Logical AssessmentInitiative in Handling R&D Projects

Description

  1. Implementation, monitoring and completion of all assigned Research & development Projects and submission of reports.
  2. Visit, monitor and records the progress of trial.
  3. Assesses animal's performance parameters such as feed intake, egg production, ADG and mortality on a daily basis.
  4. Ensures feed, medication and vaccination program are being followed accordingly.
  5. Effective inventory or monitoring of Animals, Feeds and AHP under Research & Development.
  6. Sales & profitability of R&D animal production.
  7. Implementation of projects at customer level and close coordination with contract grower of KPSM.
  8. Cost monitoring of Farm Operations and submission of weekly updates and reports.
  9. Diagnostic testing.
  10. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of R&D farm houses and surroundings, office and diagnostic laboratory.
  11. Compliance on safety policies and procedures.

Requirement

  1. With Animal Science Degree or equivalent.
  2. Good Analytical skills for problem solving.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. With Technical expertise and knowledge on Animals.
  5. Innovative and keen to details.
  6. Willing to work at Sta. Maria or Bocaue, Bulacan.
