Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level, less than 1 year of experience required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of inventory procedures, ability to maintain quality standards, and strong team player abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate production equipment, monitor processes, maintain a clean working environment, adhere to safety protocols, and report any issues to supervisors.
- Working Conditions: Factory-based environment that may require standing for extended periods and handling of production materials.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, with excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
