Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all project activities.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and supervise project engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare and review project reports and documentation.
• Manage project resources, costs, and risks.
• Ensure timely completion and successful project turnover.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PRC License is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Willing to travel and work on project sites as needed.
