Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager who is a Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways) projects and is knowledgeable in government construction standards, project documentation, quality control, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with DPWH specifications, construction standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, budgets, and progress reports.
• Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor project costs and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Handle project documentation, billing, variation orders, permits, and other contract requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing DPWH projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of DPWH standards, government construction procedures, and contract administration.
• Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction management.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in school or other government infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in project planning, quality assurance, and safety management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
