We are an authorized service center specializing in electric vehicle (EV) battery repair and diagnostics for VinFast systems. We are seeking a highly disciplined, process-driven Production Supervisor to manage our shop floor operations and inventory control.

This is a hands-on, working supervisor role (60% process management/supervision, 40% technical assembly/repair work). The ideal candidate comes from an electronics manufacturing (EMS), semiconductor assembly, or precision industrial manufacturing background. You will be responsible for converting our technical workshop into a strict, zero-defect assembly environment ensuring high-value components are tracked perfectly in our ERP system, safety protocols are enforced, and parts leakage is eliminated.

Core Responsibilities

1. Floor Supervision & Hands-On Technical Output (40%)

Manage the daily workflow of the battery repair bays, assigning tasks to technicians to meet turnaround targets and eliminate bottlenecks.

Enforce strict workshop organization and cleanliness (5S methodology) to ensure a safe, debris-free environment for sensitive battery internals.

Actively step onto the floor to perform hands-on diagnostic testing, module balancing, and high-voltage component replacements alongside the team when needed.

2. Inventory Discipline & Traceability Gatekeeping (30%)

Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for unlogged parts; every component handled must be documented immediately.

Manage the physical custody and digital logging of high-value, serialized VinFast components (battery modules, BMS boards, contactors) using physical travelers and Odoo ERP logs.

Execute a strict 1-to-1 core exchange process (ensuring every old part removed is perfectly matched to its replacement, documented, and placed in physical quarantine).

Conduct daily 10-minute blind cycle counts of critical parts to maintain an inventory variance of less than 1%.

3. Quality Assurance & High-Voltage Safety (30%)

Serve as the final quality gatekeeper and sign-off before any EV battery pack casing is resealed (verifying torque specifications, seal integrity, and component serial numbers).

Strictly enforce High-Voltage (HV) safety protocols, ensuring all technicians use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), insulated tools, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety measures.

Maintain accurate physical and digital records for all warranty and repair claims required by the manufacturer.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Shift Lead, Line Supervisor, QC Inspector, or Senior Assembly Technician in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS), Semiconductor Assembly, Precision Machinery, or Electrical Components.

ERP Familiarity: Practical experience tracking inventory, parts, or manufacturing orders via an ERP system (Odoo experience is a major advantage; SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is acceptable).

Technical Skills: Comfortable reading electrical schematics, using multi-meters, and handling precision assembly tools. Experience with batteries, power systems, or UPS systems is a plus but not required if industrial manufacturing discipline is strong.

Mindset: Highly organized, process-oriented, and strict regarding documentation.

Language: Fluent in English and Tagalog.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Inventory Variance: Maintain less than 1% variance on critical parts; zero unmapped or missing warranty components.

First-Time Fix Rate: 100% of battery packs sealed under your shift must pass final pressure, insulation, and voltage validation testing on the first attempt.

SOP Compliance: Zero safety incidents or unlogged process bypasses on the floor.
