Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, ensuring effective distribution of tasks and resources
• Train, mentor, and support technicians and apprentices
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations
• Oversee routine preventive and predictive maintenance of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with Maintenance codes, standards, and power plant safety guidelines.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
• Implement lock-out/tag-out and other safety procedures during maintenance
• Ability to innovate old system and / or develop new system procedures for the purpose of improving work out

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in operations and maintenance of power plants or distribution facilities or industrial plants
• Knowledgeable with Solar Photovoltaic Systems, Electrical Systems and related components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and has the ability to work effectively with other teams, department or client
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using MS Office and AUTOCAD
• Located in Talugtug, Nueva Ecija or willing to be assigned on the said location
