We are seeking skilled and motivated Reinforcing Bar Construction Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in placing and securing steel reinforcing bars (rebar) for concrete structures in construction projects such as buildings, bridges, and roads. This role involves working with blueprints, bending and cutting rebar, and ensuring proper alignment and placement for structural integrity.

• Rebar Placement: Accurately position and secure steel reinforcing bars (rebar) in forms or frameworks for concrete structures.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret construction blueprints, sketches, and instructions to determine rebar sizes, quantities, and placement locations.
• Cutting & Bending: Measure, cut, and bend rebar using specialized tools and equipment such as rebar cutters, benders, and torches.
• Tying & Securing: Use wire and fasteners to tie and secure rebar in the proper position to ensure structural stability.
• Form Setup: Collaborate with formwork crews to install and secure formworks that will hold concrete in place.
• Quality Control: Ensure that rebar installation meets project specifications, safety codes, and structural integrity requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, and safety glasses at all times.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other construction workers, foremen, and engineers to complete projects efficiently and on time.

• Must have experience as a Rebar Worker or similar role in construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment used in rebar work.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of rebar sizes, grades, and installation techniques.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials, work in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Certification in safety standards or willingness to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction is a plus.
• Must not have tattoo

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Basic welding skills.
• Ability to operate machinery like rebar benders or cranes.
