- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Assess patient needs and progress through evaluations.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment processes and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and interventions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have an active PRC License
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in developing rehabilitation plans, support patients in therapy sessions, and monitor progress.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based; may involve visiting patients in various healthcare settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, patient, adaptable, and dedicated to improving patient outcomes
