- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriateness and safety of prescribed medications.
- Counsel patients on the proper use, dosage, side effects, and storage of medicines.
- Monitor patients’ medication therapies to avoid drug interactions and adverse effects.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient medication records.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional requirements set by the FDA, DOH, and PRC.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and handling of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory management and ensure proper stock levels of medicines.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance within the pharmacy area.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
