• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documents, licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Maintain and organize regulatory files, records, and databases.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal departments regarding compliance matters.
• Track application submissions, renewals, approvals, and deadlines.
• Support the preparation of regulatory reports, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in product registration, amendments, and renewal processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team, including document control and filing.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed pharmacist
• Fresh graduate
• Possess the ability to work well with a team and pay attention to details.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn and put in the required time and effort to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and resourceful; can work independently as well as in a team.
