POSITION: REGULATORY PHARMACIST

WORK SET-UP: FULL ON-SITE

WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (9AM-6PM)

LOCATION: PASEO DE ROXAS, LEGAZPI VILLAGE, BRGY. LORENZO, MAKATI CITY

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and licensed Regulatory Pharmacist to ensure that all company products comply with the standards and regulations set by the Food and Drug Administration (Philippines). This role is critical in managing product registrations, maintaining compliance, and supporting business operations through regulatory expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and monitor product registration applications with the FDA.
• Handle License to Operate (LTO) applications, renewals, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or medical products.
• Review labels, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, licenses, and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies for follow-ups, inspections, and compliance updates.
• Stay updated on new laws, circulars, and FDA issuances.
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist (PRC).
• At least 1–3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or FDA-related work.
• Preferably with experience in handling pesticide and medical device.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
