Regulatory Affairs Associate

The RA Staff will provide support to QaRa Team in completing the following activities.

• Assist QaRa Team in monitoring/tracking of regulatory submissions in Licenses and Permits and other monitoring systems
• Monitor PV Complaints and assist PVRP in logging complaints in Qtrak and local system
• Filling/archiving of submissions/approvals
• Assist QaRa Team in requesting/sending out samples
• Assist in preparing SOPs
• Assist in preparing QAA and PVA with distributors
• Assist in uploading roadmaps and monitoring RIMS
• Assist QA Team in monitoring temperature in warehouse and
• Support QaRa Team in preparing documentation for initial, renewal and variations
• Ad hoc requests from QaRa Team
• Prepare purchase requests under Ariba
• Prepare payment request in PowerApp
• Assist in providing bidding requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed-pharmacist
• Possess the ability to work well with a team and pay attention to details.
• Proficienct in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn and put in the required time and effort to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and resourceful; can work independently as well as in a team.
