We are hiring for US QA Training Specialist (El Paso Account), Non-Voice Support in BGC, Taguig city.

This is hybrid work setup/Temporary work from home following a flexible shifting schedule if the business asks to. (weekends, night shifts & holidays).

Salary is up to 60k with package.

Requirements:

• Must have a US RN License.
• Must have a USRN certificate (any state).
• At least 1 year bedside experience + 1-2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Review experience.
• QA experience is preferred.
• Willing to work on flexible shifting work schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Review all forms and clinical records for client’s reimbursement.
• Reference OASIS assessment and patient’s therapy evaluation for accuracy and completeness of each visit notes.
• Audit charts for clinical oversight, compliance and adherence to the US Medicare guidelines.
• Identify clinical problem areas and document deficiency trends.
• Communicate with clients’ administrative and clinical associate staff in the correction of any such deficiencies.
• Submit daily QA worklog report.
