Job Summary:

The Clinic Nurse is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. This includes assisting with consultations, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient health, maintaining medical records, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations in line with healthcare protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during consultations and medical procedures
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
• Perform basic diagnostic tests (e.g., blood pressure, blood sugar checks)
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical instruments
• Prepare and manage patient records and documentation
• Educate patients on prescribed treatments and aftercare
• Monitor inventory and order medical supplies as needed
• Ensure the clinic complies with health and safety regulations
• Provide first aid and emergency care when necessary

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• License: Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC License
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical or hospital experience preferred
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certified

Skills:

• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Familiarity with basic medical equipment and procedures
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
