Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform quality assessment and monitoring of patients' vital signs, nursing documentation, record-keeping, and other clinical nursing functions to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
• Provide patients with appropriate instructions and information regarding the purpose, preparation, significance, and follow-up requirements of diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor, record, and report inventory levels of nursing supplies, medicines, vaccines, and other clinic necessities; coordinate replenishment to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct health education and counseling for patients regarding healthy behaviors, disease prevention, self-care skills, medication adherence, and available treatment options in coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans and ensure continuity of care through proper documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
• Support clinic operations by ensuring readiness of medical equipment, supplies, and treatment areas.
