Calamba Medical Center, Inc. are looking for a ASSISTANT INFECTION CONTROL NURSE , who are willing to relocate at Calamba City, Laguna

Resposibility:

• Furthering the IC policy by educationg the employees.
• Collection of surveillance data.
• Helping implement IC policies.

Job Description:

• Reports all immediate Notifiable Disease within 24 hrs to City Health Office.
• Organizes data collection and gathers epidemiological data for documentation purposes.
• Represent the hospital to the DOH and City Health Office in regards of surveillance and outbreaks (if any) in the hospital.
• Conduct rounds to ER, Wards and special areas for collection of notifiable diseases.
• Assists in other infection control committee program.

Qualification:

• Graduated of BS Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• With at least 1 year of Hospital experience.
• Good decision making skills.
• Communicative.
• Must be computer literate.
• willing to start asap.
