Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor patient care activities and ensure adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Respond to patient concerns, incidents, and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and nursing records.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Monitor and manage the use of medical supplies and equipment.

Requirements
