Site: MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu

Salary Package: Up to ₱79,175/month

Sign-On Bonus: ₱100,000

Qualifications

• Active USRN Mainland License.
• Active PRC License.
• Active CPC or CPMA Certification.
• 2–3 years of medical coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS Medical Coding Systems.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• ID Review
• Surgical Coding
• Medical Administration
• Medical Auditing
• Denials Management
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Amenable to a Work From Home setup.
• Not eligible if you are a former or current EXL employee.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Pay: ₱50,000
• Complexity Allowance: ₱6,500
• Coding Allowance: ₱20,000
• Standard Allowance: ₱2,675
