Description

  • Recruitment and Sourcing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to source candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
  • Interviewing and Selection:
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, make hiring recommendations, and assist in the decision-making process.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Create a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback and follow-up to candidates, maintaining effective communication at each stage of recruitment.
  • Job Posting and Advertisement:
  • Create and update job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms, and track the effectiveness of job ads.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the organization’s employer brand and work with the HR team to ensure a strong online and offline presence.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Open for Fresh Graduate and Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
