The Recruitment Supervisor oversees the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This role leads the recruitment team, develops sourcing strategies, collaborates with hiring managers, monitors recruitment metrics, and ensures a positive candidate experience while meeting the organization's manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities Summary

• Supervise and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, schools, and other external recruitment partners.
