About the Role:

Sagan connects experienced recruiters, talent sourcers and talent advisors with US-based businesses. Your experience will be matched to relevant client opportunities, with specific responsibilities confirmed during the selection process.

Position Overview:

Help hiring teams identify and assess suitable candidates through organized sourcing, screening and communication.

You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clarify role requirements and research relevant candidate profiles.

• Source candidates and maintain accurate recruiting records.

• Conduct or coordinate screening and interviews within your remit.

• Keep candidates and hiring stakeholders informed and follow up on next steps.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.

• Practical experience with ATS, sourcing, candidate research and interview scheduling tools.

• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.

• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
