Job Scope – Recruitment Executive (Freelance)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit potential Courier Driver candidates.
• Advertise job vacancies through platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Respond to candidate inquiries regarding the job position, requirements, and benefits.
• Collect and verify candidates' personal information and required documents.
• Conduct initial screening to ensure candidates meet the company's hiring requirements.
• Submit complete candidate information to the company for further processing.
• Follow up with candidates until they complete the hiring and onboarding process.
• Close and confirm candidates who are ready to join the company.
• Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted on time.
• Update and maintain accurate records of candidate status.
• Build and maintain good communication with all candidates.
• Achieve recruitment targets and successful driver placements.
• Prepare daily or weekly recruitment progress reports.
• Comply with company policies, SOPs, and instructions.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and disciplined.
• Able to work independently with flexible working hours.
• Basic knowledge of social media recruitment is an advantage.
• No experience required – Training will be provided.
