• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to facilitate a smooth integration into the company.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
