-Responsible for sourcing and screening qualified applicants for various job vacancies.
-Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants based on job requirements.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
-Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, job fairs, and applicant sourcing.
-Communicate with applicants through calls, text messages, email, and online platforms.
-Maintain and update applicant records and recruitment reports.
-Assist with the completion and submission of pre-employment requirements.
-Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
