Responsibilities
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates to meet client manpower requirements. The role ensures timely hiring, maintains a strong talent pipeline, and delivers excellent recruitment services to clients and candidates.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manpower agency or staffing industry.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with job portals, social media recruiting, and ATS platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
