Job Description
- Determine Hiring Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department objectives, define role requirements, and establish recruitment timelines.
- Source Candidates: Build a strong pipeline of talent by utilizing online channels, professional networks, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and local job boards.
- Screen & Interview: Review resumes, administer skills assessments, and conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Manage Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the hiring pipeline, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Facilitate Offers: Manage job offer negotiations, explain company benefits and policies, and assist with the onboarding process.
- Track & Report: Maintain organized applicant tracking systems (ATS) and provide regular updates to team leaders on recruitment metrics.
