• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain an accurate applicant database.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in volume hiring is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
