Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants' qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
