Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Recruitment process.
• Develop and implement effective Recruitment strategies.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Recruitment team.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare Recruitment reports and recommend process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of Recruitment Managerial experience in a Manpower Agency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
