Description
- Lead a team of recruiters to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee high-volume recruitment initiatives, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
