Description:

• We’re looking for experienced RPO Recruiters who excel in direct sourcing, ATS management, and high-volume hiring.
• Direct sourcing through research, referrals, social media, and cold outreach
• High-volume recruitment for industrial and admin/clerical roles
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates
• Manage and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate with Lead Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Clients
• Support recruitment campaigns, webinars, and sourcing initiatives
• Provide insights and consultative feedback on sourcing strategies and timelines

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in blue-collar / high-volume recruitment
• Strong internet research and advanced sourcing skills
• Experience using ATS platforms
• Advanced English communication skills (able to work with US stakeholders)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Amenable to immediate start and onsite work in BGC
